Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If delivery is attempted and missed, your local postal service will leave a collection card. Please follow the instructions provided to arrange redelivery or pick-up. If your parcel is returned to us, a $8 re-shipping fee will apply. 

Please note: Once your order leaves our studio, Sónter Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays or parcels lost in transit.

International Orders & Customs

Once your parcel reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal provider (e.g. USPS for the U.S.). You can usually track the same number on their website 3–5 days after dispatch.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
