The Muse Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering The Muse Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Sónter Studio, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Sónter Studio and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • To be eligible, participants must:

    • Follow @sonter.studio on Instagram

    • Submit a valid entry via the official giveaway form on the Sónter Studio website

    • Entries submitted via Instagram only, or via any method other than the website form, will not be valid

  • One valid entry per person. An additional (3 x bonus) entry will be awarded if the entrant has placed an order with Sónter Studio during the giveaway period.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on 14/7/25 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 25/08/25. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must:

  • Follow @sonter.studio on Instagram

  • Visit the giveaway landing page and submit a valid entry including name, email address, and a short written response

  • Optional: Place an order with Sónter Studio for 3 x bonus entries

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will be selected to:

    • Collaborate with Sónter Studio’s founders to co-design a piece of jewellery

    • Have the final piece named after them and featured in a future Sónter Studio collection

    • Receive the finished piece as a gift

    • Receive a $500 AUD Sónter Studio gift card

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen based on creativity and emotional resonance of their entry, as judged by the Sónter Studio team.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram DM on 26/08/25.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Use of Entry & Name

By entering, participants consent to their name and submitted story being used for promotional purposes by Sónter Studio, including but not limited to social media, email newsletters, and the Sónter Studio website.

The winner also agrees to the final design being shared publicly and named in their honour, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Co-Design Guidelines

The winner will be invited to collaborate with Sónter Studio’s founders in the design of a jewellery piece that reflects their personal story and aesthetic. While the design process will be a creative collaboration, all final decisions regarding materials, production feasibility, and alignment with the Sónter Studio brand will remain at the discretion of the Sónter team.

The piece will be designed within the scope of Sónter Studio’s current materials and craftsmanship standards. While we welcome inspiration, the final piece may not include custom gemstones, diamonds, or bespoke manufacturing outside of what is typical for the brand.

9. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.

  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
